“My deepest desire is to bring the bible to life, connecting the personhood + divine nature of Jesus to your story + mine.”

Who I Am.

Emily Alexander is an inspiring church leader with over two decades in ministry. She empowers others through her teaching, bringing the bible to life + is deeply passionate about connecting her audience to the person of Jesus. She has served as worship pastor for the past 12 years, recently moving out of her full-time role in the local church to pursue her passion for teaching in the church. Known for her engaging storytelling and practical insights, her sermons are relatable, easy to follow and engaging. Emily fosters an inclusive church environment, ensuring everyone feels valued, seen and loved as Jesus does for us. Outside of speaking, she has a deep passion for encouraging and mentoring the next generation as she sees quite a reawakening of the Spirit in them.

Emily would say that her ministry flows first and foremost from the inside of her home. She is a wife to John, whom the two have been in ministry together for the entirety of their marriage. She is also “mom” to Maddox, Marley + Miles.

Emily and John began a podcast in 2023 called “The 143 Podcast with John and Emily Alexander,” which has become a platform where they talk about the things that they love. They also released two devotional books for the seasons of Advent and Lent called Daily Reflections of Advent + Daily Reflections of Lent. They love counseling young couples, especially couples recently engaged + preparing for marriage.

Emily resides in White Bear Lake, MN - loves fast food, sports, and her sweet golden retriever, Cooper!
